SearchDossier is run by Himanish Ganguly, a sole proprietor based in India, the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@searchdossier.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and sign-in records.
- Orders: the topics, domains and countries you request, and the reports we make for you.
- Purchases: what you bought, amounts and refund status. Card details go to Dodo Payments only; we never see them.
- Support: messages you send us.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set keeps you signed in.
Why we use it
- To make and deliver your reports and run your account (performing our contract with you).
- To take payments, give refunds and keep records the law requires (legal obligation).
- To prevent abuse of the free report, such as one free report per company domain (legitimate interest).
- To send a welcome email and a reminder when your balance is low; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Some of these services store data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and reports while your account is open. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise the rest within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@searchdossier.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
