Refund and cancellation policy

No subscription to cancel

We sell single reports and packs of report credits. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits never expire.

Refunds of unused credits

• Within 14 days of a purchase, you can get a refund for the credits from that purchase that you have not used.
• The refund is the purchase price for those unused credits, paid back to the original payment method.
• Credits already spent on reports are not refundable, and free credits have no cash value.

Failed reports

If we cannot make a report, it is not sent and the credit returns to your balance automatically. You can use it again or include it in a refund within the 14-day window.

How to ask

Use the “Request refund” button next to the purchase on your account page, or email support@searchdossier.com from the address you signed up with. Most refunds start straight away; some are reviewed by a person within one business day.

Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
